I FINALLY GOT A TABLET!!
Lol, icon abuse, aru?
Yes, you heard me. A tablet. Before May 17. And I love it!!XDD I got the G-Pen F509 (See, Mayu! I'm a copy cat!!
) and it was BEAUTIFUL, I TELL YA!!8D I pressured my family to get me one and LOOK! I have my first tablet drawing! Kinda a practice one. My hand felt abit fiddley when I was drawing at first but I'll get used to it.^_^ And it was SO much faster than using that mouse, too!
So, um, here's my OC, Oriel, because I promised myself I'd draw him somehow. @u@ Plus, he needs a profile.Still, the wings are puffy and his bow and arrow look weird.OTL SO, enjoy the read.
Name: Oriel
Age: OLD, like, since the Dawn of Time.
Birthdate: None because I don't know what month the Dawn of TIme was OTL
Hair colour: Golden blond
Eye colour: Golden
Race: Cherub angle (Was once a Seraph angel, though.)
Nationality: He's from Heaven.
Favourite colour: ALMOST every color....except black.(Blame his twin brother)
Favourite food: He can't eat. Angels don't need to.
Parentage: GOD
Other family members: All the angles are his brothers, but for certified reasons, his twin brother would be.... Lucifer.

(Random note: "Oriel" means "Gold" in several languages including Latin. Ironic, no?=u= )
Personality: Modest yet serious, is always happy yet solemn. Likes watching humans and is curious about them and the human soul. AT first site you'd think he's all flying and laughs, but don't commit sin infront of him. No matter what happens angels speak to the truth, so he never lies. Intelligent and devoted to God. Acts like an older brother to humans he meets and to the other angels.
Noticeable features: Inspired by the book "Through the Glass, Darkly", angels in my story don't really have the hair, feathers, blood and other living things tend to possess. Humans just THINK they see the wings and hair on an angel, but since I like drawing him WITH them add ons, Oriel has two longer side bangs(try thinking of Hiro from Gravitation, if you may), his wings are eagle-like and light gold. He has a golden band on his forehead and a golden band on each arm; one has Jewish inscriptions and the other has Latin ones. He has one golden glove on his right hand and two golden bracelets on his left hand.
Hobbies/Interests: praying, teaching other angles(and occasionally some humans) the way of God, flying around, playing angel games like hide and seek(Remember, this was inspired by the book above. Look it up.) hanging out and chatting with a young boy named Matthew Evangelistã, who becomes a priest in adulthood, saving humans from the temptations of demons his brother sends.
Other Interesting Facts: He was very close to his twin brother, Lucifer, when the Earth was young, but it was HE who helped throw the devil to Hell in the first place. In other word, he and his brother never get much close contact and neither wants to speak of the other. After the war against the angel rebellion by his brother, Oriel started shedding tears, where after, he became the only angel with the ability to do so. Apparently, he's been visiting the human world alot with a Guardian angel from the gates of Eden, Nicholas(and not only because of his job)and became the closest to making one human(Matthew) a best friend. Whenever he remembers times when Evil didn't exist and Lucifer was still and angel, Oriel often ends up shedding tears and needs comfort from the other angels He is the main teacher of most of the angels(except the Seraphims and some of the Arch angels like Michael) He also likes flowers, nature, laughter and plushies.(LOL IDK.)

P.S. He has two weapons he always carries around: the Crossbow of Truth(Which the wood is made from the Trees of Eden) and the Chains of Purity.(That's his Primary weapon. Plus, it looks like a rosary enlarged 5 or more times.)

I love this warrior angel. What is the difference between a cherub and Seraph? I love the back story you created for him.! Very cool...bow from the trees of Eden!
